EarnLoop ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Phone number — used to create your account and log you in via OTP.
• Content you upload — photos, videos, captions, and comments you post.
• Usage data — which reels you view/like, missions completed, coins earned, app opens, and similar activity needed to run the in-app coin system.
• Device identifiers — a hashed device identifier used for fraud prevention (detecting multiple accounts on one device). We do not collect raw IMEI or hardware serials.
• Advertising data — Google AdMob, which serves ads in the app, collects device and usage data under its own privacy policy. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner sites and apps.

About coins

Coins earned in EarnLoop (through spinning, watching ads, missions, uploads, etc.) are a virtual, in-app currency only. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be withdrawn. The only thing coins can be used for is boosting your own posted reels within the app. EarnLoop does not process any real-money withdrawals or payouts.

How we use this information

• To operate your account and coin balance
• To display your uploaded content to other users in the app
• To serve and measure ads (via Google AdMob)
• To detect fraud and abuse (e.g. multiple accounts, fake ad views)

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — ad serving
• Our hosting and database providers — used to run the app's servers

Content moderation

Uploaded content is reviewed against our community guidelines. Content containing sexual, graphic violence, or other prohibited material is removed. Users who repeatedly violate these guidelines may have their account suspended.

Children's privacy

EarnLoop is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at the email below and we will delete it.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete your uploaded content from within the app.
• You can request account deletion by contacting us at the email below — we will delete your personal data except where we're legally required to retain it.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data is deleted except where we're legally required to retain it.
