GPS Land Area Measure does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your phone number or email address to use the app. There is no sign-up of any kind.
The app requests location permission only to show your current position on the map, which makes it easier to find and measure your land. Location is read using Android's own location services (not a third-party SDK) and is used on your device only, to center the map and place a "my location" marker. It is not transmitted to the developer or stored on any server.
This app uses OpenStreetMap map data together with free satellite imagery from Esri to display maps, and uses the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service to let you search for places by name. When you search for a place, your search text is sent to Nominatim to look up its location. These are independent open map/geocoding services — see openstreetmap.org and Esri's privacy policy for how they handle that data. The developer of GPS Land Area Measure does not control how these third-party services process that data.
This app shows banner and interstitial advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use advertising-related information (such as device identifiers) to serve and measure ads, according to Google's AdMob and Privacy policies. No rewarded, app-open, or native ads are used in this app.
Any land measurements you choose to save are stored only on your own device. They are never uploaded to, or stored on, any server operated by the developer. You can delete all saved measurements at any time from the app's menu.
The developer of GPS Land Area Measure does not sell your personal information to anyone.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
